Service Description
Starting Investment: $1,795 Most Popular You have planned your wedding. Now you need an experienced professional to bring the final details together, coordinate the ceremony and reception, and guide your guests through every important moment. Coordination services begin approximately 30 days before the wedding. What’s Included Up to eight consecutive hours of event-day coverage Professional emcee service in English, Spanish or both Two pre-event planning meetings and one venue walkthrough Creation of a detailed ceremony and reception timeline with up to three revisions One wedding rehearsal of up to 60 minutes, separate from the eight hours of event-day coverage Final logistical communication with vendors during the 30 days before the wedding Distribution of the finalized timeline to participating vendors Primary point of contact for vendors on the wedding day Coordination of the ceremony, wedding party, entrances, speeches, dances, dinner service and other special moments Professional management of announcements, transitions, timeline changes and unexpected situations Additional event-day coverage: $200 per hour Additional planning or rehearsal time: $125 per hour This package does not include vendor sourcing or contracting, budget management, event design, extensive décor installation, heavy setup or complete breakdown services.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. For weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and other special events, event dates are subject to availability and may require a separate agreement and deposit. Once an event is confirmed, cancellations or changes may be subject to the terms of the event agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your booking. Late cancellations, no-shows, or significant last-minute changes may be subject to applicable fees.
