Service Description
Starting Investment: $995 Ideal for couples who already have a DJ and wedding coordinator but want a dedicated bilingual host to guide the celebration, connect with English- and Spanish-speaking guests and professionally manage every important announcement and transition. What’s Included Up to four consecutive hours of event-day coverage Professional emcee service in English, Spanish or both One pre-event planning consultation of up to 60 minutes, separate from the four hours of event coverage Review of the finalized timeline provided by the client or wedding coordinator Preparation of names, pronunciations, introductions and announcements Facilitation of entrances, speeches, dances, special presentations and other formalities Coordination of announcements and transitions with the DJ, photographer, catering team and wedding coordinator The finalized timeline must be provided at least 14 days before the event. Additional event-day coverage: $200 per hour This package does not include timeline creation, ceremony coordination, vendor management, décor setup or breakdown.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. For weddings, quinceañeras, corporate events, and other special events, event dates are subject to availability and may require a separate agreement and deposit. Once an event is confirmed, cancellations or changes may be subject to the terms of the event agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your booking. Late cancellations, no-shows, or significant last-minute changes may be subject to applicable fees.
